This is a critical piece of equipment used to control wellhead pressure, rebuild downhole pressure, and eliminate wellbore influx after the blowout preventer is closed. Its main functions are pressure control and fluid discharge. The structure includes three-channel, four-channel, and five-channel configurations, primarily composed of choke valves and gate valves. The core component is the choke valve, which provides precise pressure control. The hydraulic choke valve is equipped with a hydraulic actuator, allowing for remote control via a hydraulic control box connected to the manifold, ensuring safety and reliability.
