The Function Of Choke And Kill Manifold 

Throttle manifold：

1. Perform well killing operations through the throttling effect of the throttle valve, control the flow of fluid out of the wellhead, control the wellhead back pressure (vertical pressure and casing pressure), maintain bottom hole pressure ≥ formation pressure, and keep it constant to prevent overflow .

2. Through the pressure relief function of the throttle valve, the wellhead pressure is reduced to achieve "soft shut-in".

3. Through the massive discharge effect of the blow-out valve, the overflow is led out of the well site to prevent fire and personnel poisoning at the well site and ensure the safety of drilling.

Kill manifold：

1. When the wellhead is fully sealed with a fully-sealed ram, heavy mud is hoisted into the wellbore to perform well killing operations.

2. When a blowout has occurred, pour clean water into the wellbore to prevent fire.

3. When the well blows out and catches fire, inject fire extinguishing agent into the well shaft to help extinguish the fire.

Liquid control box：

The panel of the hydraulic control box is equipped with 5 gauge 2 valves such as vertical pressure gauge, sleeve pressure gauge, valve opening degree gauge, oil pressure gauge, air pressure gauge, three-position four-way reversing valve, speed control valve, etc.

1. Vertical pressure gauge: display the vertical pressure of shut-in.

2. Casing pressure gauge: display the shut-in casing pressure.

3. Valve position opening meter: displays the opening degree of the hydraulic throttle.
