Product Features:

Compared to PFL series valves, this valve features a downstream sealing structure, providing certain sand-resistant capabilities, and the valve seat is more wear-resistant and has a longer lifespan. It adopts a parallel structure of thin and thick valve seats. The thin valve seat is made of a one-piece special alloy for wear resistance. The thin valve seat is fixed by a thickened fixing plate. The thin and thick valve seat seals use rectangular PTFE modified seals, which form a low-pressure seal through assembly gap compression. The valve cavity has a smaller void, minimizing the deposition of media particles in the valve cavity. The valve stem seal is a U-shaped design with PTFE + rubber seals, providing good sealing performance and low torque. With internal pressure in the middle cavity, the valve plate and seat can be repaired online without special tools. Metal seals are used between the valve plate, valve seat, valve body, and valve cover. Available in manual and actuator-operated versions; actuators include hydraulic cylinders, gearboxes, or electric actuators.
